Thanks to our multiple operational partnerships Splitboard Guides International shares permits with the National Forest Service, Dept. of Agriculture and the National Park Service, Dept. of the Interior and operate internationally within the laws of each country, by legally working for that particular outfitter as a lead guide. SGI resells a particular backcountry trip in partnership with the said services. Splitboard Guides International works in conjunction with Alpine Skills International and there guides to provide backcountry splitboard touring and splitboard mountaineering under special use permits from Yosemite National Park, Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park, United States Forest Service, Humboldt/Toiyabe National Forest and the Inyo National Forest. Mount Shasta splitboard touring & mountaineering courses are offered through Shasta Mountain Guides, a company permitted by the Shasta/Trinity National Forest. Our Alaskan tour camps are provided by Alaska Snowboard Guides. Westwind Collective cooperates with there permit in the Lassen National Parkto offer Avalanche Courses. SGI partners up with many guide services to offer exceptional ski and splitboarding trips along with  mechanized shredding at world class destinations.
